5 Stars Must Get HDMI cable
If you are looking for the best cable to connect your device to your HDTV the HDMI Cable is the one. When looking around the local market place for said cable I was turned off by the prices stores had for this item. But, one day when I was actually looking to purchase something else online I found the cable and it was just what the doctor ordered. You will be hard pressed to find a better price for this quality item. I had never used a HDMI cable before but this is a sweet, simply and low price must get item. I will get a couple more.

This cable works perfectly fine with my PS3. I am so glad I didn’t waste my money on the original sony hdmi cable that costs way more. Save your money and go with this cable instead.

These cables are great!! The quality is excellent and the price is definitely right. Looked at several other cables before I found these and other than being 30-50 times more expensive, there was absolutely NO benefit in using the name brands.

I WAS LOOKING FOR INEXSPENSIVE HDMI CORDS FOR MY PS3 AND MY NEW HD TV.. WELL EVERYONE TOLD ME U HAVE TO GET MONSTER CABLES THERE LIKE 50$$$ BLAH BLAH BLAH…!!!! WELL I FOUND THESE AND THOUGHT HEY THERE CHEAP SO IF THEY DONT WORK OH WELL.. BOY I WAS WRONG THEY ARE GREAT.. THE TV IS AMAZING AND THE PS3 GAMES LOOK SOOO GOOD!!!.YOU DON’T NEED THOSE OVER PRICED MONSTER CABLES .THEY SHIPPED TO ME FAST.. The three HD AV Cable connectores for each console should NOT be connected to their respective consoles simultaneously. Only one console should be connected at a time to achieve desired video and audio output quality.

1 Star Don’t waste your money, these cables don’t work
I guess I was hoping for the best when I found these but I should’ve gone with my gut since there were no reviews. Finally got to unmounting my Samsung LCD HDTV to change out the cables and then when I did, realized these cables were horrible. The audio didn’t work and the ghosting and sheering in the XBOX 360 was ridiculous. I couldn’t get the PS2 video to even work and the Wii looked pretty bad too. Needless to say, if you were looking for an all-in-one component cable solution these aren’t the ones. They simply don’t work. I’d try to get my money back but I don’t even know if it’s worth it. Try for something else because this adapter is horrible.

This product does not work. I bought a game cube game to play on my wii and they just stopped transferring the video to my tv. I had to swap out to the composite cables that came in the wii box.
5 Stars cheap cable that works
This cable really works. i own a ps2 a ps3 and a wii and it works great with all of them. I dont know 1080p because my tv is 1080i and ihave no idea if it will work with that.

2 Stars Overpriced Garbage
This HDMI cable is not very good value for money. You can get much better cables at whatever length you want for much less at certain online vendors. Not sure why they market this cable specifically for the PS3, maybe the color scheme?
All in all just get a different cable.

Honestly, there’s no difference between this cable and another cable. HDMI is great. FANTASTIC PICTURE QUALITY. You’ll never go back to the lame Components or AV ’s ever ever ever again.
1 Star Poor cable choice
This is not a good choice of cable for anything - I could not get about 720p resolution from connecting it to a PS3 and then when I swaped it for the HDMI I had connected to my DVR, all I got was mostly static - this item was returned! Do not waste your time in buying this.

This cables really improve the video quality, will recommend then if you are looking for better video quality, of course, it also depends on your tv set. Be sure you hace enough video component inputs available on your tv before buying if you have a dvd or other video device attached to it.

It may not be a Monster cable, but it works great. i have my PS2 set to component video output, and it looks great on my 1080i plasma. not using the audio portions, as i’m using my optical output.

5 Stars Well worth the buy if you own a HDTV
If you own a HDTV, I would highly recommend buying a component cable for use with your PS2. Games are not only clearer and sharper, but color is much better as well as saturation. It’s almost as if you are playing a new game, really. DVD’s look slightly better, but game improvements are much more significant. Maximize the use of your HDTV and use a component cable.

1 Star Poor Quality for Sony
These cables look great in the packaging. But the stylish packaging hides a set of cheapo cables. They are marketed for PS3. You would do much better in buying Monster Cable’s component cables designed for PS2 - the one without the Toslink cable. This assumes you don’t want to pay the crazy current prices for the HDMI. (I bought one on Amazon for $1.98).
After returning these Sony cables, I bought the Monster Cable version for PS2 at Circuit City for $9.00. They were more originally. But PS2 stuff is being unloaded for cheaps now. And the Monster Cables are well-built, properly insulated, perform and connect well.
Decent RCA plugs can be screwed into the RCA jacks. Everyone’s cables claims to have some voodoo magic in its winding. All I know is that line-level cables are capacitance and inductance. They should be free from interference from RF and intereferecne from each other.
I use both HDMI and component cables from my PS3, an alternate. I drive everything with a 2-channel tube amplifier. I think there are advantages of both, but that exceeds the scope of this review.
In sum, find the Monster Component cables for PS2 for your PS3.

This $20 cable is well worth its price. I added it to my Playstation 3 on a standard definition tv and it looks amazing. No more little fuzzy words or anything like that, everything is much sharper and its definately easier on the eyes. If you don’t have an hd tv and you have a PS3 you have to get this cable.

This cable enhances the graphics on PS2 games. I use a HDMI for PS3 so I only can give my opinion on Ps2 games.
4 Stars Quality counts
Originally purchased a discount component cable (sorry, don’t remember the brand) at Best Buy rather than pay the Sony premium, but it didn’t work out of the box. I had to put pressure on the connector to get full color to come through. The Sony cable is more expensive (online at Amazon cuts out most of the premium) but the manufacturing quality is higher.
